  3. Will they pay the price (Yes:10 people No:1 people)
  4. Will they buy with these features (Yes: No:)
  5. Are they any hidden problems (Yes: No:)
  • Do NOT use your friends
  • Do Not user startup community
  • People from your social groups are also BAD because they are likely to be early adopters, and white-colar employee, and college educated; but the majority might not be early adopters and may prefer status quo
  • Be willing to pay $25 to $50 for 60 minutes for B2C. $50-$100 for B2B professionals. Paypal, Amazon, iTunes.
  • Record the talk. You can project PowerPoint on screen and talking.

Searching for a great business model while employed is great, because of the Negative burn rate.
